Research use only

All products listed by Axiom Pharmaceuticals are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only.

Products are not sold for human consumption, veterinary use, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or cosmetic application unless clearly stated otherwise by law and supported by the appropriate authorisation.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms they understand the research-use-only nature of the products and accepts responsibility for lawful handling, storage, and use.

Ordering process

Orders are reviewed through our basket and completed via WhatsApp confirmation.

Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order where details are incomplete, suspicious, or unsuitable for our terms of supply.

Prices, product availability, strengths, and COA links may be updated without prior notice.

Shipping

All packages are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 where available.

Shipping is charged at £7 per order. Orders over £200 qualify for free shipping.

Tracking details may be provided once dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by Royal Mail delays, bank holidays, address errors, or external disruption.

Delivery details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, address, postcode, and contact details at checkout.

Axiom Pharmaceuticals is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery, additional postage may be required before resending.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns once an item has been dispatched unless the wrong item was supplied or the package arrived damaged.

Opened, used, reconstituted, tampered-with, or improperly stored products cannot be returned or refunded.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging, label, and item condition.

Where a replacement or refund is approved, this will be handled at our discretion after review.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item has been supplied, contact us promptly with order details and supporting images.

Do not dispose of packaging or product until we have reviewed the issue.

Resolution may include replacement, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Certificates of Analysis

COA links are provided where available for transparency and research reference.

Testing information can vary by batch or supplier documentation. Buyers should review available documentation before ordering.

COA availability does not change the research-use-only status of any product.

Storage and handling

Buyers are responsible for appropriate storage and handling after delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for degradation, contamination, damage, or loss caused by improper handling, unsuitable storage, or misuse after delivery.

Limitation of liability

Axiom Pharmaceuticals supplies products strictly for lawful research purposes.

We are not responsible for misuse, unauthorised application, unlawful handling, or outcomes arising from use outside the stated research-only terms.

By ordering, the buyer agrees to these terms and confirms they are purchasing for legitimate research purposes only.
